I was hired on at Pinebreeze Technologies as a QA Lead for a data migration project. The company is very good to work for and offered a highly competitive salary. The short-term project lasted an additional 2 extra months. I would would work on contract or full-time for them again.
Was hired one day, attended training, was issued a company laptop, digital camera, etc. All was good to go. Received a call at 8pm and was told to come in at noon the next day because the customer had made changes. When I arrived I was told that I was no longer needed on that project. This is a very fickle company. Think long and hard before signing on with this company.
I was interviewed by the vice president of the company he asked me to come back to meet with the CEO of the company I went back and we discussed all the job duties and everything went smooth the CEO offered me the job and said you will receive an offer letter the day after and we expect you to start on JUNE . My resignation from my old job was after you made me believe that I would receive the written offer the day after because they need me in June and this is why I gave my employer three weeks’ notice.
