Very busy today. Took quite a while for our drinks. Had a reservation for purse group, but line for bar was over an hour...yikes!
The atmosphere is wonderful. However, the moment our group of 10 was sat, we were told that we only had an hour and 45 minutes until the next reservation was expecting the table. This wouldn’t have been that much of an issue if we didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to give our order, and then another 25 to actually receive our order. Don’t ever go here!!! Would rate this 0 stars if I could We waited 2 hours after the lady at the front told us the wait would only be 1 hour. We kept watching people leave, yet we still never got a table. They emailed us the code for the “hidden door,” but the code didn’t even work. I didn’t get the hostess’s name, but she was clearly incompetent and one of the worst employees I’ve ever encountered. So fun! We waited a bit to get in maybe 30 min but once in it was great delicious strong drinks and very delicious and yummy bites! The food comes out very slow though, so slow that we left before my nap buns were even out. There is a time limit on how long you can stay they should really get the food out faster. A bit pricy but worth it for every once in a while.
