Rented from Erein Trawick for nearly 2.5 years. Erein failed to replace broken screens and a leaking sink for years and weeks, respectively. Humane Enforcement visited the property, almost weekly, to check on an elderly horse belonging to the Trawick brothers. After Erein did not convince me to hire him as a mortgage broker, he withheld a petty portion of my deposit.
