Ugh. Front office doesn't know what they are doing. I am always having to advocate for myself! Doctors good but I know I am not important to them. I think the worst part is when the staff stick their head in to the patient room and says the next patient is ready! When you literally have talked to the doctor for 2 minutes. So rude. I drive over an hour to be treated mediocre.
I was a patient at this practice for four years, which gave me more than enough time to determine that the dysfunction I experienced was not simply episodic but systemic. The front desk staff routinely could not answer basic questions, could not logically work through straightforward requests, and seemed incapable of connecting patients with anyone who could. Jonne Housh is by far the best nurse ever. I have been under her care for over 18 years. Very professional and knowledgeable. She really cares. Kerri and Ashley are the best as well. Dr Chan amazing. From the front office to the back, Kudos to you all!!
Used to be amazing. My last couple visits were less than professional. Changing doctors office.
