Service was on time and I even received a call to let me know they were on their way. I explained that we were moving in and the previous owners had pets, and our technician immediately got out a black light to check for pet spots and quoted me on the additional cost. The service was efficient and thorough, and he even brought me a real pineapple! I will definitely be using Pineapple Carpet Cleaning again.
