Awesome job - I have really old carpets, on a third floor condo building, with no direct parking near the stairs. Our tech was able to find a way to make it work so that we could have cleaner carpets before our little one arrives. The cleaning was relatively quick and the drying after the steam treatment was perfect if you are getting out of the house for the day. Brian was able to work with my timeline and offered a fair price for 3 rooms. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
I worked with both Brian (for booking) and Brett (for cleaning). They were both super professional, kind, and prompt! I asked Brian multiple questions to prepare for the cleaning, and he answered every single one of them without making me feel dumb. I'm beyond impressed with the final result, the customer service, and most of all, the price. I had received many quotes that were outrageous - I could have bought a new furniture set for what I was quoted. I saw these guys on Facebook, got a quote, scheduled, and I've never been happier with the way my house looks and smells. Brett was great to work with and offered great customer service.
