Pineapple Bliss is one of our go-to spots, sometimes visiting multiple times in a week. I love the rotation of flavors and the quality of a healthier dessert. I completely understand that inflation and rising product costs can lead to price increases. At the same time, I’ve noticed that prices have gone up while portions have gotten smaller. The employees are quite young, but friendly and trying their best, but they don't have the tools to do their jobs. It is obvious, I believe, the owner is completely absent and neglecting this establishment. I’ve been told after ordering that a certain machine wasn’t useable, items are out of stock, and the staff lacks the managerial authority to fix customer issues.
