NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR VETRANS TO LIVE! IF YOU OWN YOUR OWN PLACE FO NOT EXPECT THE MANAGEMENT TO EVER LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS. AND THE PARK MANAGER WILL COME ONTO YOUR PROPERTY AND STEAL YOUR THINGS AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT CALL YOU A LIAR. THE ONE WHO RUNS THINGS PAM IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN AND DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS. AS A VETRAN MYSELF, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT.
The residents I have met while renovating the trailers at Pineacres Mobile Home Park are friendly and pleasant. I have been helping to make updates to the mobile homes, as they become available over the last couple of months, and it appears to be a very quiet community with ages ranging from young children to seniors. It is nestled in a wooded area in Spokane County in the Cheney area on a dirt/ gravel road
