Was there for 3 years. Owner is not concerned about you or your horses. Large heard sizes make for a stressful environment for your horse. Feeding twice daily is a frenzy. Almost no room to ride. Terrible experience all around.

Just stopped in to see my old friend Bocor who was glad to see me bringing him a few carrots. Very pleased with his life at Pine View and his current owner.

Great management & horse care. Scenic property. Horses are well loved. Edit - I have no idea who "Joshua Schroeder" is, nor his horse. I do not represent the stables, I merely have my horse of 25 years there. I am not there to entertain people or do work for them, so not sure how I was "rude" just going about my business with my old horse.

Upon arriving at the stables it looks neat and clean. The owner appears to be a nice guy. Until you get there. His daughter is just as rude as he is (btw she’s also one of the people that commented on this place below stating how great it is). Children aren’t allowed. Dogs aren’t allowed (unless of course they’re his family/friends) The owner tells you he has 100+ acres and we have access to many of those acres only to find out when you get there that he has less then 10 AND YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THEM 100% of the time.
