Things started off going well and quickly turned south. Poor work from the crew, rudeness and unprofessional communication from the owner. Process extremely slow and the house looked terrible with huge drywall cracks, things like shower doors, sink spout, uneven trim and door frames, doors that won’t stay shut, wobbly stair railings all when the house was supposed to be “complete” we are still battling to get things right to get into this home.
The owner has tried to bully me on ******** messenger due to posting on their website. They have not stuck to their timeline and will not take responsibility. They aren't following through with things decided on while in the ordering portion of this process. My house has been sitting for almost 3 weeks not being air tight. There could now be water damage to the attic.
I only put a star rating because it is required. The owner is not very professional. She brings personal life into work, and then threatens customers to call the police with trespassing for bringing her her grandmothers mail and trying to resolve a situation that has nothing to do with the customer. The customer (myself) pays her mortgage through Pine View Homes, and has never missed a payment in almost 3 years, I also requested my payoff amount and was told I would hear by the end of the day. Where would I start, buying a home through pine view homes was a total nightmare. We ordered our home end of August in 2015 was supposed to be her in October of that year, then November, oh then the factory caught on fire. We finally got our home Christmas of 2015 and didn't get in it til feb of 2016. In about April we came home in a rain storm to half of the shingles blown off the front. Come to find out the pressure of the nail gun was set to strong. Our carpenter came and reshuffled that part of the roof and sent the bill... read more
This company is all about the money and could careless what kind of product they put out. After 5 months of them setting up our home we are still waiting on them to finish structural problems they were informed of just days after setting our home on the foundation. Also make sure you read every line of every document they give you because they are very good about finding some small print on page 28 that’s says you agreed to the worst nightmare of your life when you bought a home from them!! Their service is horrible. They have new owners as of March 2017. I spoke with both the new owners Patricia and Simon. They told me they do sell Colonials but wasted 2 weeks of my time by telling me after I gave them the floor plans and that I wanted a hidden pantry that they do not sell Colonials and never have. I was told by Patricia they could do any floor plan and that a hidden pantry would be no problem and after 2 weeks of getting no price and the run around I am told they don't do colonials. The place is a joke.
