The Pine Valley Tree Service crew was fast, skillfull and courteous.
Overcharging service. Unprofessional approach to deal with difference between the estimate and 5 times more charges than the estimate. The job size did not change. Not explained what charges will be until you get their invoice. The estimate stated 2 guys for an our, but ended up with 4 guys 3 hours. I am sure there are better tree services in Vernon than this one.
What kind of entitled dbag takes up the closest 4 spots at a very popular and busy grocery store (BBVG) on a Saturday afternoon with his oversized company truck and trailer? So he and his lady friend can sit there and chat with friends while his truck is idling no less.
Friendly estimators, reasonably priced. Showed up unannounced when they said they would call/email, left the yard a mess, left a section of removed fence on the ground and unreplaced. The kid running the crew was solely focused on when he was getting paid
