This place is a joke of a facility. They openly bad mouth clients and have a poor internal business model. You think for a therapists office they'd have more compassion and understanding, but they don't even have an ounce of either. I worked there for a single day, got sick with the stomach flu the very next morning and called out for obvious reasons. They emailed me that same day saying they were letting me go because I didn't come in when I was SICK. Seriously what a joke of a business. Please take your business elsewhere.
Go elsewhere! The therapist at Pine Valley was a complete joke. Zero communication with parents/gaurdians. Never were we asked a single question about the child. Therapist would schedule appointments with child and not consult the parents. Then, after a few sessions, she stated that the child seemed fine and scheduled less sessions with him stating kids usually do better over the summer. Never consulting parents/guardians with this decision. Never asking parents, how he was doing at home!
Great place to work. Super friendly people.
Filed a complaint about the counselor my son was seeing and then they stopped billing his secondary insurance and now haven't returned any calls regarding it in a year despite calling in multiple times to find out what's going on.
