Enjoy peace, privacy and a clean safe environment. The cooperative is a great hedge against inflation too.
I visit my family at least twice a month. I would love to live at Pine Valley. The park is clean, well maintained, and the people are very friendly and welcoming.
A better name for this is Communist Plantation. The Board of Directors manage like Hitler. Many of the regulations infringe on individual rights.
You have the privelege of living with people of your age who have a variety of likes, hobbies and are truly interested in having you participate. The homes are well kept and the atmosphere is safe, relaxing.
This is a great place to live. Will miss Mary Ellen when she retires. I wish she and her husband a loooooong retirement.
Very nice , quiet and well maintained. Visited with my sister and brother-in-law. They love living there. Been there a good many years. Nice area to walk around too!
PVP is a wonderful community to live in. The grounds are well maintained, peaceful and safe to walk around. Come check us out if you are looking for a retirement community.
