We lived there for almost 2 years. Never had any issues. Everyone was friendly and kept to themselves. Would recommend them !
Major water problems. The water is off at least every other week. Its ridiculous Again the water is off with no notice. I have never lived in a place that the water is off so much. I wish they could get this shit together
Horrible water pressure and sometimes no water at all. They won't fix anything that was already broken. They won't give back you're security deposit even if the place is left in the same condition you got it. The were literally falling apart when I got the place and have yet to be fixed in almost 2 years. They expect you to do the maintenance that they are responsible for under the agreement. And then still up the rent.
