I have been a customer of Pine Valley Dental for a few years now.I am 73 years old and had a lot of issues with my teeth,such as loose teeth, that needed to be stabilized with fillings and extractions and dentures. I have been going to Pine Valley Dental for many years and have always been more than satisfied and highly recommend them if you are looking for a top notch, professional dental office which is always spotlessly clean as well and friendly staff!
My 11 year old had sudden tooth pain , we walked in there to have the dentist take a look, they were absolutely rude and unhelpful. I told them she needs immediate attention, their response was “we are closing” !! Like I walked into a clothing store and was asking to buy something. Least she could do was to ask the dentist to stay 15 more minutes to help a child in pain. I will never go there again even if they are the only dental office in London.
Amazing care during a dental emergency. The staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Dr. Chamberlain acted fast to help and relieve me of a great deal of pain by doing an emergency extraction. I have been a patient here for 20+ years and have never had a complaint.
