We had a great experience at Pine Valley. Our tree is absolutely beautiful! More of a head's up than a complaint (?).. after cutting down our tree I have poison ivy all over my hands! I assume it was from clearing out the brush from around the trunk. I've never experienced this before and will definitely wear gloves next time!
Our first year visiting and it was a great experience. We came on a weekday so things were pretty quiet, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The trees all looked good and they had a good variety of sizes to cut from. Great tree at a good price!
Sad always liked their trees, customer service was 0 and guys cut our trunk after told not to, no one cared and was very rude
This was our first time coming here and we are very happy we did. There were some beautiful trees to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the wagon has stairs- very helpful for an older person like me with bad knees. And we really appreciated them putting it on the car and tying it down. We'll be back again next year!
