They abused my loved one; I had to contact DSS over full body bruising. I cannot believe they allowed the alleged individual to continue working! The building is so run down its depressing and a high risk area when flooding occurs. Only place your loved one here as a last option and if you can check on them daily so the staff will have fear for abuse reporting.
