They are very nice apartments, have some great friends that live there!
Good place to live
Grounds aren't maintained regularly. Work orders aren't fulfilled. Washer and Dryers for 44 units included 3 each in laundry room and half the time only 1 or 2 work. Company that manages the washers and dryers doesn't do a good job.
I lived there over four years,and there was an issue with keeping steady management and maintenance. all the apartments are ridden with termite and water damage from gutters and downspouts not being properly maintained. and now smokers smoke inside their apartment and use extreme strong air fresheners to cover the smell .and management just over looks it.i had to make the decision to move out because my neighbor used plug in air freshener that caused me to have a severe copd episode.
