I lived there over four years,and there was an issue with keeping steady management and maintenance. all the apartments are ridden with termite and water damage from gutters and downspouts not being properly maintained. and now smokers smoke inside their apartment and use extreme strong air fresheners to cover the smell .and management just over looks it.i had to make the decision to move out because my neighbor used plug in air freshener that caused me to have a severe copd episode. That company doesn't keep the grounds mowed or repairs fixed.

Recently visited here, beautiful place to live. Hannah, the property Manager was awesome. Answered all questions, wasn't in a rush, very knowledgeable about her property, clean, quiet, nice area.

My mother lives here and the current manager is a sorry excuse for a manager. She is supposed to be there at least 2 days a week and on those 2 days she’s only there for minutes. The residents never have a chance to speak to her when they need to voice a concern or have an issue with the apartment. The previous management have always had the residents signed up for their housing late in the year… this manager still has not gotten that done!
