Still haven't given my mom her money back for a double payment in October of 2023 471$ they are thieves and fraudulent they said that they would give me oil in 2024 for the extra payment made it's now 2025 and I STILL haven't received oil, crook.......
We have used Pine Tree Oil for nearly 2 years. Ken is a great guy and has always been helpful. We had a miscommunication lately, but he was quick to call and help us clear everything up. The customer service is great. He recommends ordering oil online and emailing if you need any date changes for anyone who may be wondering the best way to order. We will continue using Ken for our oil needs.
This company has helped me through 2 different emergencies this winter. The gentleman who managed the company is friendly, consistent and goes beyond and above! I couldn’t recommend Pine Tree Oil more!
