Great customer service, been calling him since last year. Ran out of oil I called him up he was there the next day. He will continue to be my go to.
Called twice about double payment of $471 & they have not responded, so now I will have to dispute it through my credit card bank. I didn't know they had my card on file and so I sent them a check which they cashed despite having charged my credit card a week earlier. How can they not realize this is NOT OKAY? Haven't they heard that most Americans can not afford a $500 emergency? From the other recent bad review on here, it looks like they are not concerned that such practices can cause a crisis. Years ago, I would've given Ken and Pine Tree Oil a 5-star all day long. Use to refer everyone I knew looking for oil to him. First time I ordered oil, he said he could not make it out until a Tuesday, and actually went out of his way and delivered to me on a SUNDAY. I was shocked and loved the customer service, that I kept going back. Over the past year, I have inquired online and through phone getting little to no help.
