Not great Management overall, they don’t care about customers cares and needs.
It was temporary housing while in Casper. Everything met my expectations.
This place has a lot of potential but Management is A JOKE. The pool has been broke for three years now and they wont just fix it the right way so this summer is yet another summer with no pool but Management doesn’t care because they probably don’t live here. No bike racks so if you don’t get a garage you have no where to put your bike unless you want to haul it up apartment stairs everyday. They only shovel in the winter when they want to not when it needs it. Pet rules seem so strict but somehow you can have four children... read more
Landowner was cool, condo association, a travesty. If you dont bend over backwards for them and follow every stringent rule, they will make new rules just anout you. The association was a joke, but decent places. Oh and they evicted a vet with a service pet they approved....because of the pet. yea thats nice.
