I would no longer recommend this property to anyone. As a property manager, our job is to protect the owners asset. You do that by resident retention and great customer service! This new manager is non of the above. She NEVER responds to texts nor does she answer the phone. During emergency situations it’s imperative to acknowledge your residents. She is arrogant and rude. How are y’all gonna let go of the only person who kept this place standing? Now, in a matter of 2 weeks, I’ve seen two different people in that office WHEN they do decide to show up. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad way to run a business
This place is complete trash even more so now that Lisa is gone. They charge insane rent for outdated, mold riddled houses! Lisa was the only thing good about this place and now they've replaced her with whoever is there now. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I have been a resident for almost 4 years. Love it here since Lisa has been the manager. She has made good changes in a positive way for the community. I just renewed another year with her. Keep up the good work Lisa.
