This place has really shown concern for their residents! From the community events to the great maintenance and management team, Lisa has been an amazing asset and help to our neighborhood here. Had a few issues when it came to our older unit, but Lisa helped remedy any and all situations that came up and even assisted with a brand new AC unit for our home. Super excited to see the continous changes and upgrades they make here!
Wonderful experience living at Pine trail. The office and maintenance team is incredibly responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!
Me gusta la estadia en las casas de Pine Trail porque es un lugar muy tranquilo, tiene una zona verde para sacar a tus mascotas, hacer ejercicio, a veces hacen actividades como el apoyo que dieron a los niños al regresar a la escuela, les dieron utiles y les dieron un día de diversión.
Wouldn’t recommend this place at all management is absolutely amazing and so is maintenance but the homes are so outdated old and roach infested we’re not talking about the little ones either all you see is nothing but the big nasty roaches not one but mannnny! Water comes out dirty brown then goes back clear, hot water doesn’t last at all, Rent goes up after lease by a lot no one wants to pay 1100-1200 for this 2-1 that’s old and outdated with many problems.
