The landlord is friendly very professional and I would refer my family to move out there…it’s very clean and quiet out there…the apartments is very nice
I have lived in the pine terrace apartments for 5 months and it’s one of the best experiences i every had . Mrs. Koneshia is very respectful and hands-on on everything even if it’s personal . She takes the time out of her day to make sure every need is met and all is well and makes sure the living conditions and suitable. The Maintenance is very nice and helpful as well . And they also are very prompt all it takes is one call and they’re on it !

Hello, The property manager at this apartment building Lakeisha is racially profiling clients. I have a daughter in law that is white and the property manager has not reached out or will not answer any questions regarding application status. She had her going back and forward to the apartment building to turn in paperwork and conveniently was never there wasting everyone valuable time.
