My account was double charged on two separate cards, and one of those charges was made on card that I never used with the business. I was also charged on that same card, twice, after my move out date. When I called to have the charges reconciled, the owner told me they saw no record of the charges on their end. A few days later, their accountant called and attempted to help but was not able to because they use a third party billing system, telling me I would have to dispute it with my bank. This was one of the easiest and most convenient storage solutions I have ever had - especially for a last-minute solution. Everything was done online, and you even got to pick the unit that works for you if there are multiple units available. One of the best things was that the price was the price - not some gimmick or additional fee when billed. No hassle, clean, and convenient in Canby.
