This is a beautiful location! The grounds are amazing, with games and sweet sitting spots nestled around every corner. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway, with some great hiking surrounding you too!
What a gorgeous spot on the upper reaches of the John Day River. Definitely a one-of-a-kind spot to enjoy a peaceful evening

Pine Shadows was such a beautiful and relaxing resort It was like walking into an enchanted forest. Terry and Joyce were incredible hosts. The Casaday cabin was like stepping back into history.
