Living here has been awful. The owners, Amanda and Bruce, are completely negligent. We were never properly notified when the water was contaminated with E. coli, leaving families at serious risk. The roads are unsafe with huge potholes and rocks, garbage pickup is inconsistent, and in the winter they don’t plow properly, often trapping tenants in their driveways. Nice park
Growing tired of the water never working here!! No notice from management if being turned off or worked on. We will be moving as soon as we can. Management here sucks!
Trailer park has went downhill since New owners and park management has taken over. Lot rent goes up but nothing gets fixed or maintained, park managers are rude and extremely unhelpful. It has become ridiculous to live out there.
