Horrible installation and terrible service. My pool had to be drained the day after it was installed because of poor installation. Were still having trouble within the first year of having the pool and are not getting any help from them. We are going to have to dump more money into the pool with another company.
BE CAREFUL YOU GET THE POOL YOU ORDERED!! I HAD TOLD THE SALES PERSON, I WOULD NOT BE THERE THE DAY OF DELIVERY AND SET-UP. HAPPENED TO COME HOME EARLY TO DISCOVER THEM INSTALLING THE WRONG POOL!!! WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD GET BACK TO ME. I ACCEPTED THE POOL. LATER FOUND OUT, IT WAS A 10 YEAR OLD MODEL OUT OF SOME WAREHOUSE. BOY, DID THEY "PUT IT TO ME".
SOOO very helpful. They helped us clear the water in our pool. Nothing was working til we went there and they helped us out! And their prices are very very reasonable!
