My mom lived at Pine Rock for more than 20 years and the staff at Pine Rock was her extended family. She just passed away this past week and was surrounded by love and compassion in her final moments as there wasn’t time for family to get there in time. We are so grateful to all of the staff for their love 💕. Thank you with all our hearts
When my grandfather passed away there were flowers from his funeral that my family wanted to donate to this place, and when we called we were told that 'the person in charge of flowers wasn't in' and to basically sod off. is it really that difficult to deal with flower delivery to bring your residents a little joy? I've also been told by multiple people to NEVER bring anyone I love into this place. I'd only hate to see it close due to the poor residents having no where to go. I think the state should look into this place yes... read more
