Disgusting care of patients.
Worst hospital I have ever been admitted to. Hygiene and staff are the issues. In terms of hygiene issues: when I arrived there was mould on the cupboard in my room, various vomit-like stains on the curtain in my room (see photos attached), plus other people’s hair in my bathroom that were there on the day of admission. All nurses (minus like 2) are rude and abrasive and they couldn’t care less about the patients wellbeing. They are very unprofessional with their treatment of patients. Disappointing and unhelpful as well as medication being dispensed incorrectly on at least six occasions during a three week admission.
Stayed as an inpatient and wasn’t a big fan, not the right environment for me I guess. Tried an outpatient day program instead. Having mental issues, there was a lot of anxiety and the class was a bit full on. I did my absolute best and stayed as long as I could but it became too much for one day and I had to leave about one hour early. I told them I wanted to continue the following week and keep trying.
