Despite having a referral from my GP, involving serious mental distress, they left me without a response for almost 6 months, despite numerous calls to try and contact them. After finally getting to a consultation session for one of their programs, they charged me almost $600 for said 30 minute!!!! consultation. Wish I had not sought them out and I wish that I could leave a zero star rating.
Just spoke to a lady an hour ago who supposedly is Manajali Indian accent ? I asked for recommendations as l struggle with PTSD having a,mental health break down and she was so dismissive and said to not bother coming and refused for me to talk to a doctor. She offered no help or advice to come back or anything ? I've never been here but I hope she loses her job as that's not on for veterans with PTSD

Worst hospital I have ever been admitted to. Hygiene and staff are the issues. In terms of hygiene issues: when I arrived there was mould on the cupboard in my room, various vomit-like stains on the curtain in my room (see photos attached), plus other people’s hair in my bathroom that were there on the day of admission. All nurses (minus like 2) are rude and abrasive and they couldn’t care less about the patients wellbeing. They are very unprofessional with their treatment of patients.
