Been coming here for nearly a year after multiple surgeries on my back. Great staff and physio's that know their stuff. Even brought my son here after he injured himself in basketball. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Pine Rivers Physio and Sportscare with Kit Yee “Kitty” Wong. I initially came in with minor back pain, and after just one session, most of the discomfort was gone. She also helped with some pain around my right hip, which already feels noticeably better after starting the exercises she recommended.
