Thank you for the quick service to get my zero turn working before a big job. Record time response, they got parts within a day, couldn't believe it and sorted it all, treated me as priority and I'm very happy. Sorry, guys – wasn't impressed with the service received. Went to purchase 2 chains, one for a chainsaw and the other for a pole chainsaw. Brought in a pic of the chain markings on the bar of the saw and brought in the actual pole saw chain for a new one. Had to make up the chainsaw, which was some concern, as the info on the bar said they needed more info or something. Waiting for the chain after back and forth, I had to head off and said, 'Pick it up next day.' I didn't get there – I had a text days later that items were t... read more

Cannot recommend and thank the guys at YardWorx Kallangur enough for their service communication and genuine want to go out of their way for customer service. From Ethan and all the guys in the shop to the boys in the workshop that take the time to explain things and not just get you out and on your way its really appreciated.
