Been in there this morning, I had to greet them won’t greet me back, been in there for 15min no one offered to help even after standing and waiting, 3 of them talking to one customer, wont go back very unprofessional..

Thank you to John he was fantastic. Came in with my whipper, thinking I needed it serviced and on inspection needed a screw fixed. John with no hesitation got it up and running with no charge. We need more like John!
I left my line trimmer for repair four weeks ago. I was told that it would be repaired and available after one week. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town and was able to come back after four weeks. When I went to Yardworx, I was told that it hasnt been fixed yet. I was asked to come back after 4 days. When I returned, it still hasnt been fixed and was told to come back again. I then received a phone call and the staff advised me that if I still want it to be repaired, I had to pay $180. I said its ok as long as he can guar... read more
