Free Legal Services after 5:45pm on a Thursday. Don't bother queuing, the fastest person to fill in their form gets in first regardless of how long you've waited - Not first come, first served, which is disappointing for older people who can't write fast anymore. Legal advice us good.
Calls are always answered with “We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls” and a promise of a callback—which never happens. This occurs even when calling from inside the office, while staff appear to be socialising in the boardroom. I was then told there is a waiting list of 3 months, yet I couldn’t even be added to the end of it. Very frustrating experience and poor communication throughout.

Very disappointed. Was transferred to 4 different lawyers in less than 6 months. Poor service. Depending on who you get - you get different information for something that should if been pretty straight forward. They caused me a lot of stress and mental health. If possible, I would have given them zero stars. My suggestion would be to avoid them like a plague.
