Pine Ridge has always taken such good care of my dog Benny, from staying open late so I could bring him in after work to treat an ear infection to getting me in right away when he was injured or sick. Always very helpful and accommodating
Our experience with Pine Ridge has been exceptional. Dr. McKenzie is thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. The staff on the front desk have been efficient even though they are busy. The dogs and cats we have seen there don't seem anxious somehow they keep it fear-free. There is a very large space waiting area and that seems to help. When administering the ear medication got too much to handle, we called the clinic and two of their vet techs Kylie and Jennie helped immeasurably.
We have met multiple vets and technicians at Pine Ridge and they have consistently been kind, caring, gentle and knowledgeable, erring on the side of simple solutions rather than complex and expensive treatments.
Dr. Karen McKenzie and front staff made this experience 5/5. She throughly went over everything she was recommending my dog needed and took the time to talk to me about everything. I cannot thank you guys enough. I am very happy, my dog is definitely in good hands 🙌❤️
