Used to rent here. Great people, big pool and pond. Terrific social activities. If you can buy a villa here, do it.

I love our community. We have great people and yes there are times where things ant’s agreed upon . We have many personalities and many differences. However we do have rules some not so great but then again it’s a community people !
Everyone’s money is going to kicking a girl out of 406………. BUT 406 A1 has a 30 year old that has been living here for 5 years. ????????? You are not paying attorney fees to kick him out, so I’m very confused. Just to let all you guys know everything you pay for is a scam because they’re using it to kick innocent people out and now they have 17 apartments open and vacant and thank you Meredith.
Pine Ridge South 4 needs to revamp their office staff, Meredith has the words people skill that I have ever encountered. She’s rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. This is being going on for too long. She doesn’t care about anyones needs and will disregards any request made by the home owners.
