We had vehicle issues while traveling 350 miles away from home. Pine Ridge was able to get us on our way to continue our vacation - with very little down time. Great work.
They were able to get us in right away, but replaced our leaky valve with an old valve which left us stranded, again, two weeks later.

I brought my car down to get a new power steering pump and it took them 2 months to even put it in the shop, it took them a total of 6 months for it to be done and when I got it back there was no fluids in it, the bolts for the engine mounts were loose, my windshield had been cracked even more then what it already was.
EXCELLENT service! CV axel broke while we were traveling. Service personnel were professional and efficient. They found the part needed, picked it up, installed, and we were back on the road in under 3 hours. Thank you!
