The team has been amazing in teaching us how to care for and use our new pool. Josh helped us set our phones up to work with the pump. He and the team take the care and time to tell us what they are doing to the pool and why, what steps they took to amend pH and clarity levels, and do a thorough job brushing the seats, steps, and walls (the robotic pool cleaner does the rest for us), clean out the baskets, and are genuinely nice to talk to.
