Like another commenter, we had 30 days of pool service included with our Vineyard Pools build. After the very first meeting with Josh from Pine Ridge Pool Care, I knew we'd be signing up with Pine Ridge. Josh provided the highest level of service. He thoroughly answered all of my new pool owner questions and even helped me label all of my new equipment. Had our pool refinished with pebble tec and was referred to Josh with Pine Ridge and he went above and beyond. Came out for 3 days straight after our pool was refilled and got the chemistry perfect, equipment up and running and answered all of my many questions. He’s extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us ready for summer. Highly recommend. Thanks again!
If you’re looking for pool services, pine Ridge pool care is the best. I’ve been with them now for two years. My Pool is taken care of never had an issue with anything. They’re kind enough to help me with anything I need. I am a first time pool owner very naïve when it comes to pool equipment. They’re nice enough to come by and teach me anything. I need to know about the equipment They have been so helpful to me.
Once our pool was completed we had a 30 day trial with Pine Ridge provided by our pool company Vinyard Pools. I must say that Pine Ridge did a phenomenal job with the upkeep of our new pool and chemical balancing, prior to our 30 days my wife and I knew we wanted to start services. Already have family members asking for Pine Ridges contact info cause they can see the great job they do. 10/10 recommend Pine Ridge to anyone looking to start pool care services.
