If I could do it all over again I would never ever buy a mobile home from theses people. The park managers are very rude and could care less about the residents, all they care about is getting money. Brought a brand new trailer from them and the door rotted and fell in because of a manufacturer defects, trubild and there park managers would not even fix it or reimburse for the repairs.
