Pine Ridge Imports changed management due to a retirement. The new Manager doesn't match the good qualities of the former. The former honored my service contract and kept it on file. I mention ed the service contract to the new manager months ago (and several times) and he never said a word that they wouldn't work through that any longer. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, and although I had no leaks at the time, the shop recommended a new coolant reservoir. The moment I drove off the lot, my "low coolant" light came on. I returned three separate times to fix this new leak, paying a large invoice each visit and losing my vehicle for long periods of time. My final visit was to address a malfunction light, the persistent coolant leak, and a clogged rear washer sprayer.
