My mom just went for her a 9:00am appointment scheduled for a regular cleaning with x-rays. Instead the office tried to force her to do a deep cleaning which is almost $300 with insurance when my mom denied the deep cleaning, they proceeded to deny her service and the dental hygienist did not want to perform the regular cleaning which was no charge under her insurance then turning my mother away with nothing done at all.
I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time as I have a huge fear of the dentist, doctor, anything. However. It got to a point where I knew I needed to go. This office from the beginning to the end was a wonderful experience. I was able to schedule online which is so helpful, and when I went in for my appt the office was so inviting. The receptionist was kind, my hygienist was above and beyond. I wish I could remember her name. But she made everything so comfortable and I was able to relax.
