My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a home in Pine Ridge Estates. The HB consultant with whom we have been working, Cheryl Dickinson, has been wonderful. She's very accomodating and seems to be available any time we have a need or question, be it day or night, weekday or weekend.
A suggestion would be to only clear a spot on the vacant land where the house is going in on these beautiful lots. Pine Ridge Estates is a wooded bird sanctuary with an equestrian center and canopied horse trails. There are many, many endangered state protected species that live here including owls, woodpeckers, salamanders. fox squirrels, tortoise, snakes and more.
