I'm not an Owner or Tenant here but just as NY has a Cap of 3% on Lot Rent increases Annually so does NJ has one of 3.5% as of 2025. If the Community attempts to increase it more than that, take it to the NJ Attorney Generals Office Manufactured Home Tenant Rights Dept. Thank you 🙏💖
