Rent goes up each year. You have to buy the trailer and you rent the land. The lot you rent is ridiculous. The neighbors are nice.
We have lived here 3 yrs. They misled us. The fox Street side has no clubhouse they advertised that they have an active clubhouse. It's been closed since Hurricane sandy. They tell you they have overnight security. That's lie too. And we have a neighbor that has been harassing everyone on the block. Even spray painted a new house. And blocked our mailbox from getting mail when they have a long driveway and also office don't do anything about it. My 90 yr.
