Gary agreed to sell me an old 10-stall barn. I needed 3 stalls. I organized others to take the stalls I didn’t need. Before our financial transaction deadline passed Gary broke our agreement and sold the barn to one of the others I had brought in. Turns out the commercial horse world is small and Pine Ridge had a relationship with Riata Ranch already. Riata wanted the whole barn. Neither acted with integrity. I would avoid doing business with Pine Ridge. The owner acts unscrupulously and has no integrity.
