Our agent Derek nailed it honestly. He was very open about the whole moving process and went to bat for us against RG&E for like 2+ weeks. Onboarding was not too hard either and new place is very nice.
Derek and the team at DeGeorge Management made the entire process—touring, signing the lease, and moving in—smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated being able to communicate via text rather than email or phone, and they were always quick to respond. They even accommodated an earlier move-in time when I became available sooner than my original appointment, which was a huge help. When something broke shortly after I moved in, they took care of it right away. I'm excited to get settled into my new place!

I have been a tenant for 3 and my experience has been fantastic,any maintenance issues are always fixed in a timely manner, Tina has been a great landlord I feel safe and secure in the apartment clomplex.
