There is mold in the apartments and they won't do a thing about it!!!It takes them forever to fix anything and sometimes they won't even do it too!!! Its truly a pathetic place to live at!!!! Waste of money!!!!! If you see Pine Ridge in Elgin SC RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Be prepared to be sick ALL the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the buildings are built so cheap. every noise that happens upstairs we hear downstairs. They cost way to much. The people in the office are hardly ever there. They have the schedule on the door but they are only there like 2 or 3 days a week when it is the right time for them. the parking situtation sucks, every though they gave out "permits" it still isn't helping with the parking. we still have to park on the other side of the parking lot because there is nothing next to our house. the apartments are the worst that I have ... read more
