The storm caused damage to my window and roofing, which I reported to the front desk immediately. However, the only two options they offered me did not fit my needs at all, and there was no flexibility or willingness to work with my situation. My wife and I have lived here with our daughter for 3 years. During this time, we never had any issues with either the property or the management. They have always been very responsive to maintenance requests. The leasing office has been very helpful with resolving issue on multiple occasions. When I had to break the lease due to recollection for work, they have been very easy to work with and offered the best option to do so to avoid overpaying.
