**No General maintenance is done in the original part of the park unless. We are forced to wait for it to break instead of them correcting it ahead of time. Then it's a band-aid fix. ** The water has been a problem for years. The pipes in many of the original homes (beneath and leading to) have the same terracotta pipes. Today 08/07/25 around 4:50 pm my daughter and I were outside the community gym and unfortunately the card to open the door did not work! I immediately called the office to see if someone could come open the door, and the person who answered the phone took a long time to answer. I called repeatedly, and finally I managed to speak with the person! I used to live in this trailer park 50 years ago. From the pictures it looks well kept and the area has not hardly changed at all! Used to buy candy at the abandoned store near there. Memories.
