It was wonderful for the first year, but once our contact was up and we renewed the payments became more expensive and when we'd try and pay our payments (even only a day late) the computer system wouldn't accept the payment and insisted on 2 payments. The employee Candy is a con who is really good at it by the way, and will smile in your face as she is signing the court papers to have you kicked out. We have been here almost a year. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. Easy access if you have a question. We moved away from a dangerous neighborhood in VT to come here. We feel safe and welcomed. You won’t be sorry moving here.
