The place neat and clean and looks very homie like any one would be glad to live there

Pine ridge is a trailer park, not a campground. There are homes for rent and for sale.
**No General maintenance is done in the original part of the park unless. We are forced to wait for it to break instead of them correcting it ahead of time. Then it's a band-aid fix. ** The water has been a problem for years. The pipes in many of the original homes (beneath and leading to) have the same terracotta pipes. Sending good (now on public/county) water through bad pipes, you’ll still get Bad water.
