no security nor management rep on-site. all infrastructure is deteriorating rapidly. roads& sewer are crumbling. water is undrinkable (verified through yearly water reports). in 2017 I signed a contract for $320 per month lot fee. in 2023, it is now $575 for same lot fee. No improvements have been made by the owners, they are a special kind-of hands-off greedy.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ARE TRASH. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY KICKED ME AND MY TWO DAUGHTERS OUT FOR NO REASON AND NOW WILL NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ON GIVING THE DEPOSIT BACK WHEN I HAD DONE EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD ASKED. THEY ARE AWFUL AT COMMUNICATION AND UNRELIABLE. KARMA IS BIG AND IT IS TRUE. IT WILL BITE YOU LATER ON
Stayed here for work in an RV, they do a background check, contract and full month deposit! That was not the problem, for $750.00 dollars a month, you get ruts, weeds, connections are on the wrong side of the camper. They double charged us one month. They say if you go over 200 a month in electric they will charge you, but there is no meter? (not really possible in an RV)Take a look for yourself! Rip off
