The first thing that comes to mind is 100% efficiency, starting with the online registration and ending with the check-in/appointment itself. Updates have been prompt as well.
One year ago today, I had open heart Surgery for a quadruple bypass. Because of Doug’s thorough examination of my concerns, he caught the issue in time. Doug quickly got me immediately in for the necessary testing, in to see Dr. Moreno, Dr. Brand and then Dr. Cheng at the Rochester Cardiac center.
