I have just recently changed to this office for primary care. I have lived in this region, basically, my entire life. In the last 5 years I have been with 5 providers- for primary care. I met with Sarah Missen, athletic trainer. She was easy to talk to. I answered a series of questions (it was my first appointment) and she had me do a few different movements to assess my form during exercise. She was very thorough and explained the importance of form and how that helps the effectiveness of each exercise. We made a plan to meet again in a couple weeks so that she could create a specific program that meets my needs.
