My husband was there for a few months on and off and was neglected horribly. Kitchen help going into his room to yell at him for asking for food . He was unkept and dirty and I'd have to ask to have someone clean him up and shave him often as he was not capable of using his hands . He lost so much weight because he could hold a utensil and no one was helping him eat. As a previous patient there I can say that Pine Point Rehabilitation is a very good place to do your recovery. The place is very clean and the food is plentiful and very good. The employees are very nice and helpful. The night shift is scarce but that is everywhere due to hiring shortages. I would definitely return if I needed to.

My initial impression was very unorganized. But I've since seen a lot of caring compassionate people taking really good care and following up with my father and I'm very impressed

Came for my father's care plan meeting. They apparently scheduled multiple for the same time but couldn't tell us where the meeting was to be. After being ignored at the front desk for 15 minutes someone finally helped me and guessed it would be in his room. There's no place to sit in his room, especially since his room mate was also supposed to have his meeting at the same time. Zero communication, zero organization. It's now after 1:30pm and the meeting hasn't happened

They are horrible forgot to feed my father many times the only time you can get attention is if you try to get out. I feel so bad for all those people who stay there please if you read take time to find a Better Place
