I ordered the bone-in ribeye medium-rare, and it was hands-down the star of the night. The marbling on this cut was incredible, allowing the steak to literally melt in my mouth with a rich, buttery texture. It had a perfectly deeply-charred crust on the outside while staying incredibly juicy, tender, and robustly beefy on the inside. What an awesome surprise to come in blindly with my daughter’s families while I was down in Orlando. I mean they said it was good and their new favorite spot, but I was blown away. There were seven of us, we tried many different entrées appetizers and yummy cocktails. We couldn’t believe how absolutely delicious every single item was.Definitely had us wandering who was back there cooking.
