My husband went shopping today ( 12/20/2019) for a Christmas gift for me. Beautiful fabrics, poor customer service. I have shopped at the store several times and never felt employees considered that I might need assistance. The last straw was when i asked to use the bathroom but was refused because it had just been cleaned! I will not go back.
