I love this shop because it has a great supply of cross stitching charts and floss. However, every time I shop here, I am not greeted by anyone. I have never been approached to ask if I need help finding anything. Based on other reviews that match this experience, you might wish to consider additional training—or finding staff members who are more customer-service oriented.

Utah. You are changing my mind about you. What is it with these amazing quilt shops and kind workers? My mother is working on an Elizabeth Hartman quilt, the show and tell one. Which requires a lot of different kinds of solid colors. We’ve been on the hunt for the required colors for it and no luck. Well here, not only did they have what we needed, the worker opened up one of the patterns to help her find the last few colors she needed. So unbelievably kind and helpful. I recently stopped in to browse fabrics and was really impressed with the selection — they have a beautiful variety and it’s clearly a thoughtfully curated store. I brought my 17-month-old daughter with me, and unfortunately much of the customer service experience felt standoffish and somewhat rude, which made the visit uncomfortable — especially as a parent just trying to shop with a toddler.
